CountQwik offers users an intuitive cloud-based interface for managing and reconciling completed audits. Simply log in to the CountQwik cloud, upload your exported inventory file from your backend system when creating a new audit, and sync the data to your handheld device for scanning. Once scanning is complete, sync the counted data back to the cloud, review any variances, and export the finalized results as a CSV file for import into your backend system.Enables organizations to perform a complete inventory of all items, typically conducted during non-operational hours to ensure inventory levels remain unchanged throughout the process.Allows organizations to perform targeted inventory audits focused on specific sections or high-value items, ensuring greater control and accuracy where it matters most.
