  1. A PC running Win98/ME/2000/XP/Vista
  2. A Handheld Running Palm OS or Windows Mobile/CE
  3. Palm Desktop(Palm OS) or Microsoft Activesync (Windows mboile), Windows Mobile Device Center (Vista) must be installed and working prior to installation of PTS software.
